Ken and Dan from Performance Painting were absolutely exceptional! They gave me excellent guidance--what to do about my rotting wooden deck--were fair and reasonable in their estimates, meticulous in their work down to the tiniest detail, and a delight to work with. When my deck stairs proved to be completely rotten and had to be rebuilt from scratch, they worked 12 hour days to keep the project on the original timeline. I highly recommend them for any of your projects. You won't be disappointed.

Ken and his team at Performance Painting were hired to stain my back deck, front porch, and privacy fence. From the quote through the completion of the job, Ken was a pleasure to work with. He kept me up to date over the last few weeks with the timing of the job and helped us choose a color by sending over actual photos of the stain applied. He made the experience painless and was very reasonably priced. We will be using him again for future jobs!

This summer we contracted Performance Painting to paint the trim of our house and we are delighted with the outstanding job that they did. Ken Koziol and his team were a delight to work with. They were here for 3 full days; they were courteous, hard working, careful with our plantings and they took time at the end of each day to tidy up. We had removed wallpaper in our high ceiling hallway. Ken and his crew had to replaster and paint the entire hallway. His crew covered the carpet and taped off the woodwork and sealed the area. They did a fantastic job. We would be happy to have them back. We would recommend them.

I just finished a project with Ken and his crew painting both the exterior of my home as well as the inside area that has 19 foot high walls. The guys took the time to do the job like pros. The covered areas around the house, prepped the the area before painting and treated my home like it was their own. One of the best contractors I have worked with and I strongly recommend their services.

Ken, the owner, is a honest man. That's what you need in someone that you are entrusting the work on your home to. He tells the truth and he is a caring person. He wants to do things right. The work is top drawer! They painted the outside of our house and rebuilt and refinished 2 decks.

Performance Painting did a nice job painting our aluminum sided house and the price was fair in 2016. 2 yrs later, the paint started flaking around the windows. I left a message and they said they would come out to look at it. Since then, no response, and the paint is flaking off the trim. It looks bad. No response to emails and voicemail box is full.

Absolutely cannot say enough about the fantastic job that Ken and his crew did! From the prompt and very reasonable estimate, to the on-time start and completion dates, Ken was professional and detail minded. He kept us informed and kept his word with everything he said he would do. His crew took care to cover all of our exterior fixtures, clean up behind themselves daily, and there were no random paint droppings left all over our newly laid brickwork. The neighbors are daily paying compliments on the great job that they did and the complete transformation, and we LOVE driving up to our home now! Would not hesitate to recommend Performance Painters to our friends,family and anyone else looking to get any painting work done. They re outstanding!

Ken kindly came to my house and repaired my kitchen cabinet on the same day that I called. He was professional and polite, and was able to fix my cabinet, even though it was installed poorly and difficult to fix. He cleaned up after the job and even washed my tools! The owner Ken was personable and confident with his company. When I decided to hire them, I didn't have to wait long to get a date for the job. They painted my ceiling, which I attempted to do myself. He didn't make me feel bad for trying! Five guys came in and not only taped below the ceiling, but the whole area was covered in plastic, floors and walls. The job took less than 3 hours and turned out beautiful. I would definitely recommend them!
