Frank's Construction

I am a long time building owner in Chicago and have worked with a lot of contractors and understand the work that is done. Frank's Construction changed the price before the work done and demande thousands in up charges to finish, including leaving the work in an unsafe condition. They were supposed to fix unsafe steps on the porch, which they didn't do. They promised repeatedly to come out and finish the job, but then didn't. Apparently they are ok with an unsafe condition for my tenants, which I find abhorent. So they only deliver the common Chicago "tail light warranty." As soon as you see the taillights the warranty is over. I would be very careful with Frank's Construction. Would not hire again. Be very careful with this contractor.

Frank's construction was hired to replace our concrete patio with pavers. This was done expertly and efficiently. We are more than pleased with the outcome. In the process of doing their work it was noted that some additional masonry work was required and roof repair was also needed. Frank quoted us a reasonable price and completed The job in a superior manner,He and his crew were highly professional and each day the worksite was left, clean and without need for attention. We would hire Frank's for any type of construction at our home. They were outstanding and I give them an A+.

The team did a great job, even pressure washed the walkway to the deck. Very responsive to any input along the way, cleaned up perfectly and worked quickly.

Frank, Adrian, and the rest of the team did an excellent job updating my back patio with new roof, framing, and trex boards. They worked 12 hours a day for 7 days straight to get the job done quickly and at a fair price. They were professional, responsive, and detail oriented. They even repainted our brick when we didn’t like the initial color that we chose (at no extra cost). Couldn’t recommend these guys more for your home improvement project. Adrian and team installed our vent exhaust in a timely manner and a fair price. We will definitely work with them again.

They were very professional and they even worked on Sunday to get the job done. They were very open to suggestions to make the finished project better. Even when Frank could not find the approved railings, he went and upgraded to the in-stock railings at his expense to get the job done right.

I have Franks construction redo my entire front porch and they did a great job, they were very professional.

Franks Construction did an amazing job from start to finish. We had multiple projects from steel work on our stairwell/landing to full roof repair & installation (including joice work). Not a small project. From start to finish they were great; communicated all the time, were fast, and made the whole process much easier than dealing with multiple contractors for varying jobs. Highly recommend using them because they are top notch and very fair on price.

Originally hired Franks Construction to put pavers in our backyard. We were so impressed with the quality and efficiency of the work that we had them do several other jobs for us including rebuilding our back porch and replacing our fence. Would highly recommend this team as they are extremely friendly, quick, and good at what they do!

I hired Frank to do a complex job reconstructing my front porch. The 100 year old wooden porch was bad damaged and patched on the bottom. The porch roof with elaborate gingerbread remained in excellent condition. The support columns are highly decorative (turned wood) but were splitting and damaged at the bottoms. Frank promptly answered my request on Angi. He came out to examine the next day and quickly got me a proposal. He proposed cutting the posts to preserve the decorative woodwork. Gave me a fair proposal. Started the job within days after I signed up. Finished in 3 days. Installed tongue and groove flooring. Very skilled crew. Beautiful detail work. corrected a few items that I asked for. Replaced insect damaged wood without any increase in charge. Very professional. Will hire again.

Frankâ s Construction replaced the boards and rails of our deck and stained all of the wood. Mike recommended Trex for the deck and it looks great. It was good working with Mike. He and his team were there on the day we agreed to. He said it would be done in 2 days and it was done in 2 (long) days. We canâ t say enough about his crew. Courteous and careful, asking often if we had any questions and clear on what was being. Mike and team do a good job

Frank and his crew did a great job refinishing our deck and painting our stairs. He threw in a few things like power washing our sidewalk. I would definitely recommend them.

The best experience Iâ  ve had with the construction company for over 20 years working with other companies. Frankâ  s construction is by far one of the best companies I have hired I would like to give it a tin star rating if I was able to. Best job ever!!!
