Brick and Stone Flatwork - Repair
We hired Frank to fix a lot of stuff around our house including removing brick efflorescence, fixing gutter and a hole in the roof, staining our wooden stairs and metal stairs etc. Frank is highly communicative and gave us a good price for all the work around the house. He is responsive over texts and calls, and when he says he's going to arrive at a certain time, he will arrive at that time -- which is rare for many contractors out there, especially one that has to do so many tasks around the house. Frank is respectful and trustworthy, I recommend his services!

Interlocking Pavers for Patios, Walks & Steps Installation
I am a long time building owner in Chicago and have worked with a lot of contractors and understand the work that is done. Frank's Construction changed the price before the work done and demande thousands in up charges to finish, including leaving the work in an unsafe condition. They were supposed to fix unsafe steps on the porch, which they didn't do. They promised repeatedly to come out and finish the job, but then didn't. Apparently they are ok with an unsafe condition for my tenants, which I find abhorent. So they only deliver the common Chicago "tail light warranty." As soon as you see the taillights the warranty is over. I would be very careful with Frank's Construction. Would not hire again. Be very careful with this contractor.

Frank's construction was hired to replace our concrete patio with pavers. This was done expertly and efficiently. We are more than pleased with the outcome. In the process of doing their work it was noted that some additional masonry work was required and roof repair was also needed. Frank quoted us a reasonable price and completed The job in a superior manner,He and his crew were highly professional and each day the worksite was left, clean and without need for attention. We would hire Frank's for any type of construction at our home. They were outstanding and I give them an A+.

Frank, Adrian, and the rest of the team did an excellent job updating my back patio with new roof, framing, and trex boards. They worked 12 hours a day for 7 days straight to get the job done quickly and at a fair price. They were professional, responsive, and detail oriented. They even repainted our brick when we didn’t like the initial color that we chose (at no extra cost). Couldn’t recommend these guys more for your home improvement project. They were very professional and they even worked on Sunday to get the job done. They were very open to suggestions to make the finished project better. Even when Frank could not find the approved railings, he went and upgraded to the in-stock railings at his expense to get the job done right.

Franks Construction did an amazing job from start to finish. We had multiple projects from steel work on our stairwell/landing to full roof repair & installation (including joice work). Not a small project. From start to finish they were great; communicated all the time, were fast, and made the whole process much easier than dealing with multiple contractors for varying jobs. Highly recommend using them because they are top notch and very fair on price.

I hired Frank to do a complex job reconstructing my front porch. The 100 year old wooden porch was bad damaged and patched on the bottom. The porch roof with elaborate gingerbread remained in excellent condition. The support columns are highly decorative (turned wood) but were splitting and damaged at the bottoms. Frank promptly answered my request on Angi. He came out to examine the next day and quickly got me a proposal. He proposed cutting the posts to preserve the decorative woodwork. Gave me a fair proposal. Started the job within days after I signed up. Finished in 3 days. Installed tongue and groove flooring. Very skilled crew. Beautiful detail work. corrected a few items that I asked for. Replaced insect damaged wood without any increase in charge. Very professional. Will hire again.
