"I had rainwater coming in through a door and window frame. Dario and Juan knew right away that the problem was coming from where my deck meets the siding. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. We discussed other future repairs/projects for my home and I look forward to working with them again."

"I've used Fortune Restoration in the past when I managed condominium buildings. After seeing the cedar siding work they did on a friend's house I decided to call Tom Fortune for my own residence. Tom took the time to listen and called his lead carpenter to discuss the various siding and trim options. He was able to write the estimate on the spot. They started quickly and there were no delays once they began. Their crews were communicative and professional. Tom also stopped by regularly to inspect the workmanship and make sure I was satisfied. Fortune removed the existing metal siding on the house, replaced the soffit and fascia with PVC which was quite labor intensive, sided the gable ends and small front dormer with cedar, stained the new cedar, and painted all the new trim and exterior windows. They left the area in very good condition. I'm very pleased with their responsiveness and quality of the work and recommend them without reservation."

"Hired AllStar Painting & Contractor to stain my 6' wood privacy fence. I'd started to do the job myself, but after starting the job and doing hours of work and nowhere near finished, realized I'd rather have a pro do the job. Johnel from AllStarcame to my house, reviewed my project, gave quote very promptly. His price was competitive with others who gave me a quote. Today, 2 painters showed up as promised 8am, and were FINISHED with the entire job in 4 hours! They were polite, neat, respoectful of my outdoor plants, did a wonderful job (better than I could have done, plus in much less time). They're pros! They have lots of experience, let them handle it!
