"Old water heater had a leak. The 2 man crew came within 2 hours same day to install new water heater. Had to call back a week later for issue with blast of air in the water pipes. Crew came out. Drained some of water from the water tank. A few days later had to call back again for same issue. Different 2 man crew came out. They were much better at what they were doing and the issue was fixed. For this company it depends on which crew you get. ? Even though my response to hire again said yes, only if I get the better crew, Jasen B and Lester. They didn't charge me for the 2 other times they came out. Jasen was kind enough to unclog a kitchen drain . I was charged for that. Overall the crews were professional."

"All Affordable Plumbing was great to work with. They address my primary issue which was an issue with the plumbing in the basement. Secondly, I had mentioned to them that I will be doing a kitchen remodel project in the near future and that I will need to have the drain relocated. What they did was stage the area in prepapration for that project, so that there will be minimal work for when I start that project and have the sink in the new location. Replacing the sump pit created a mess as they basically had to dig a new pit. The crew did a great job cleaning up. By the time the crew was gone you would have never known they were there. We have used The Real Seal in the past when we needed an additional sump pit and an interior drain tile in the opposite side of the house. "Well. I have a sewer backup system that Permaseal installed in 2012. Never had a problem with it and it solved my sewer backup problem. I am supposed to have it inspected annually. I skipped a few years by laziness. They inspected this year. All was in order. They did however recommend that I replace a pump that is beyond its expected useful life and also batteries that are beyond their life. Those will be done in September or October. At same time I asked them to look at a floor drain in an unfinished portion of my basement. Water had come up. They diagnosed that my kitchen sink was backing up into the floor drain and fixed the problem by rodding the pipe under the floor drain. They were prompt and efficient. I also arranged to prepay for 5 years of servicing."
