"Old water heater had a leak. The 2 man crew came within 2 hours same day to install new water heater. Had to call back a week later for issue with blast of air in the water pipes. Crew came out. Drained some of water from the water tank. A few days later had to call back again for same issue. Different 2 man crew came out. They were much better at what they were doing and the issue was fixed. For this company it depends on which crew you get. ? Even though my response to hire again said yes, only if I get the better crew, Jasen B and Lester. They didn't charge me for the 2 other times they came out. Jasen was kind enough to unclog a kitchen drain . I was charged for that. Overall the crews were professional."

"All Affordable Plumbing was great to work with. They address my primary issue which was an issue with the plumbing in the basement. Secondly, I had mentioned to them that I will be doing a kitchen remodel project in the near future and that I will need to have the drain relocated. What they did was stage the area in prepapration for that project, so that there will be minimal work for when I start that project and have the sink in the new location. Lastly, they were very organized and professional with their work. Also, they left the area cleaner than what I presented to them"

This year we finally decided to do something about the settling in the addition and again hired Permaseal to install piers around the foundation (interior and exterior). Hugo M. and his team did an outstanding job, working through some very cold days, installing everything as planned and at each moment stopping to show us the work and the progress. The work required going through the drain tile on the interior pier locations and the team reinstalled the drain tile system before pouring the final concrete. Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."
