Unfortunately, after repeated issues (we’ve had water getting through a basement door, water backing up from drain/sewer pipe, foundation cracks – all which were addressed) we now have had issues with hydrostatic water pressure delivering a great deal of water to our finished basement. Only one solution – drain tiles and sump pump installation. US Waterproofing was outstanding, every step of the way. They communicated clearly what was needed, and much to our surprise, what was not. They did not ever try to sell us anything that was not needed – only what was – installation of drain tile, window well drains, sump pump, and all work related. All of the crews involved were outstanding – in particular, the crews installing the drain tile and sump pump. The supervisor clearly and concisely explained every step – and when issues arose, they were dealt with promptly. The teams removing drywall and reinstalling also did very good work, and were very responsive. Everything was done correctly, and on schedule The work is now complete – and the basement is back to normal. I commend USW on all facets – they explained everything, did not try to oversell anything, and were responsive to issues as they arose. "Tom not only resloped he put in a new drainage system for our 45 year old house. They installed a drainage pipe along the entire side of our home,(buried) dug out 2 window wells to the base of the foundation and replaced the old clay window well drains (that were clogged and cracked causing terrible flooding to our basement the last year or so), filed those up with river rock as well as raising the acutual metal well in all four windows. We learned a lot on why we were having so much flooding. His team worded so hard and gave us both a professional job and peace of mind now when it rains!!!"
