They installed a drainage pipe along the entire side of our home,(buried) dug out 2 window wells to the base of the foundation and replaced the old clay window well drains (that were clogged and cracked causing terrible flooding to our basement the last year or so), filed those up with river rock as well as raising the acutual metal well in all four windows.
