Also Porterhouse Heating & Cooling ensured the tankless water heater was operable since gas to the house had been shut-off due to the gas leak. Additionally, I had them to conduct my annual preventative maintenance on both furnaces. This was my third (3rd) time using Porterhouse Heating & Cooling. "We called United Heating and Air Conditioning for an annual furnace inspection for our new home. They scheduled quickly and easily. We then had a conflict and they re-scheduled just as easily. When they inspected the furnace it turned out it was extremely old and no longer safely operable. We required an emergency replacement. This was in November and we didn't want to be without a furnace. United Heating and Air Conditioning was able to come the next day (!) and install a new furnace. They took care of the installation, confirmed it worked, and hauled away our old furnace. They were quick and professional and stuck exactly to the quote. We were extremely satisfied and will definitely be reaching out to them when it's time to check (and possibly replace!) our air conditioning unit. Highly recommend!"

"After the tech diagnosed the issue with the AC. It was determined that I needed to run a new line from the AC condenser on the roof to the furnace in the basement. Seeing how the line within the wall was cut. Not sure how that happened but as a service technician myself I have ran plenty of low voltage wire, cable lines, and Cat 5/6 wiring for internet services. After assisting the tech with running the wires. He wants to overcharge me. I asked him if he normally has customers assist with his work and then charge them extra money for there help. And I had to use my own drill to finish the job. I will not be recommending him for anything. Sorry bro you can keep it moving."
