"I had A&M Fence come and replace the wood on a fence I had installed only 3 years ago. Rule #1 *never* have a landscaping company install a fence. The old fence was weather beaten, falling apart and the metal rusting; it looked 10 years old! A&M Fence replaced the boards with new cedar, replaced and secured the bolts, removed the rust and installed decorative spikes. The completed job vastly exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with the fence. I had to wait a few weeks for the install since they are busy, but they are worth the wait. I'm going to have them do other fence work and I've recommended them to my neighbor. They are professional and take pride in their work."

Founded in a small barn, located in Mt. Prospect, Illinois, by brothers Ralph and Arthur Ibbotson in 1946, Ibbotson Heating & Air Conditioning Company consisted of one employee and a Chevy station wagon. Second generation partners Ralph Ibbotson Jr., (Son of Ralph Sr.) and the late John R. Kelly (Son-In-Law of Art) took the company and grew it from a small operation to the most dependable and reliable heating and cooling company in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Called Ibbotson, and they were able to move my appointment up to the following day. Rich was on time, thorough, and gave us a very good quote. He called to verify stock on the unit we needed, and was able to schedule a team for install the next day. Install team was on time and very professional. They took good care to make sure they didn't damage our house or floors. Advised on everything they were doing, and why it was important. Hauled everything away efficiently. No attempts to upsell to things we didn't request/need. Gave great advice on how to keep the system running smoothly for years. On the one very minor "damage" item (leaked a small amount of oil on driveway), they called my attention to it, cleaned it up with a drying compound, and advised on how to make it gone. They could have ignored this/hoped I wouldn't notice. Appreciate the professionalism. Could not have had a better experience. Great team effort between sales office, estimator, install crew."

"I would give a 6 star review if I could. I called KG because I had an electrical issue that had nothing to do with my gate. My electrician couldn't figure out the problem so he told me to ask if it was the gate causing an electrical short. Josh came out & confirmed that all his equipment was working properly. Then my electrician comes back & asked to talk to Josh to figure it out. Josh answers his phone WHILE ON VACATION!!! You can't get that kind of service anywhere. It was a bad GFI outlet. KG Doors has been responsive since the installation May 2015"
