Very friendly and honest

Edward was efficient, friendly, and affordable. He came the same day for an emergency repair which bought us a few days to gather multiple quotes on a new unit. We chose him and he did the install the next day. Iâ ll be calling again for my other needs.

He was very conscientious and was determined to get the job done when it was a little difficult. My condo is a very tall or high building where the work to be done is on the roof. He was able to get up there and get it done. Other contractors came and could not do it. I was very satisfied.

I was not present at my relative’s house when the maintenance was being performed but I was confident that he did his job because he recognized some things that only someone who actually did the work would know. I chose Mr. Orcasitas because he is a local small business and had great reviews on Angie. All those great reviews were right. Amazingly for the day after a major holiday, I heard from him right away and he and his apprentice were able to come by in less than an hour. They quickly sized up the situation and were able to get my compressor running using parts they had on hand. Both were very professional and friendly. They really know their stuff. They managed to finish up just as the rains began. Great timing! My cat friend looks a lot happier already. I'd give them six stars if I could.

I am asked to repeat my assessment? Well, ok. With our heat out on a bitter cold day, they arrived and replaced the old thermostat and a small part in the furnace within a couple of hours of the call. The house didn't even get a chance to become really cold for which we old people are grateful. I did not think it was any more expensive than it should be. Anthony P.

Furnace went out in near zero day. I contacted several services and Orcacitos responded immediately, came and did the work: fixed an item on the furnace and replaced the thermostat all within 2 hours at a price I consider reasonable.

Fast and efficent

Mr Orcasitas was very helpful and efficient. I hire his services to install an induction blower on my Rheem high efficiency furnace. Completed the installation and in the process diagnosed the root cause. This was appreciated considering the furnace tube up by a different major company achieve only telling me I had a problem and completed a very limited service with only noting the obvious. I plan to use Mr. Orcasitas for the regular furnace checks in the future. This is the difference between a person that cares about what they do and a large company that cares more about what they sale!

You made resolving the original furnace leak and the new leak (the last HVAC guy created when he changed the filter on my humidifier) seem effortless. The explanation of what was wrong and what you were doing to address the issues gave me a sense of calm. Taking the time to get the needed parts to resolve the leaks AND purchasing new filters for the humidifier AND repairing the filter frame were cherries on top of an amazing customer service experience. Five stars all the way, I highly recommend. The day prior to contacting Orcasitas I made the mistake of using someone that I had not thoroughly vetted to address a leak coming from my furnace. I can't make this up: within 10 minutes of the HVAC guy leaving I heard the sounds of water dripping. What a waste of time and money!

Home A/C went out while I was out of town and my son was sweltering at home. Local guy I have used for years diagnosed it over the phone as needing an expensive repair. Contacted Home Advisor for second opinion. Ocasitas Comfort responded to email immediately and was onsite quicker than Jimmy Johns. Pointed out that problem was incorrectly diagnosed and took time to go over everything. Had my A/C up and running in no time for a fraction of what I thought I was going to spend. Very friendly. Could have stuck me up and I would not been none the wiser.

Freddy was wonderful he came out early on a Sunday morning the same day that I called to repair my furnace that wasn’t working he was very patient and knowledgeable and was able to make the necessary repair on the spot within 2 hours I would definitely recommend his services to others
