"The work was completed around the house and everything went well with the visit. Later that day, I started laundry the dryer was making a terrible noise. I followed directions to receive support from Lowe?s after giving them a call. They sent the person back to my house (without following up to let me know they were coming). He tried to fix the problem but could not. He put me on the phone with his supervisor who assured me that they would cover the cost of any repairs and that they would even suggest someone to hire. After that they have stopped responding to me, it has been a week I will need to find and cover the cost of repairs. "

He refused to take responsibility for the damage, nor the repair fee he would already charged. The tile is 100 years old and very difficult to replace."
