The hot water heater wasn't connected to the piping and water was gushing out instead of draining into the piping. It was a simple fix and the plumber came in and didn't charge for the 5 minute fix. The workmen did a fantastic job of taring down and remove the old cast iron tub, removed all the walls to expose the plumbing. I had to have a new drain installed and that needed the expertise of plumbers, after the new drain was installed in the concrete they came back and within one day the job was completed and it turned out fantastic.
