In spite of the delays and frustration experienced during the project, we can vouch for Vlad's attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. The basement looks wonderful and kids are enjoying the extra space. We wish speedy recovery for Vlad and his son and hope his personal and financial woes will be soon behind him.
"Before commenting directly to this report I want to point out the other reports my customers have added that are a better representation of the quality work my company provides. I admit the service this member experienced from my business was not quality but is also not the standard I set to reach with each customer. I did enter a work agreement with this member as they describe. We had only completed the framing portion of the job and then prior to starting the plumbing and electrical, this project fell apart due to a series of the worst circumstances I have ever experienced. Without trying start a pity party, I feel it is important to note that my 7 year-old autistic son had to be hospitalized for 6 weeks, fighting for his life and shortly after I experienced a heart attack and was also hospitalized for several weeks recovering. This was an emotionally painful and financially stressful time for my family and I do sincerely apologize to the member that my communication was found lacking due to my health. As of now the member is correct that they have paid $16K of the $20K total cost of the job that I did not complete. I do vow to return every single penny back to this customer, as soon as I will have the finances (within the next 4-6 months and hopefully sooner). While trying to recover physically, I currently have no work coming in which is the only barrier preventing me from refunding the member’s money. I sincerely regret and apologize for all of the problems I have caused. Sometimes, life itself throws a punch, from which we can't recover fast enough. Should have any questions regarding this situation you may call and speak with me directly."
