Steve was very methodical & thorough in checking the tub & shower for leaks and determined that it was the tile and grout that were the problem. Because he was later than the original time, he replaced the flapper on one of the toilets at no charge. Both Steve and his helper, whose name I cannot remember (sorry) were both very professional, courteous, and efficient. Both of them wore slip-ons over their shoes when they came into the house. "For the 20 years we have been in our house, we used The Kitchen Master for our kitchen, our master bathroom, our hall bathroom and the best **** mud room you will ever see. "RJ Graham Plumbing was working on a job and scheduled me in for right after they finished the job. They arrived at 4:15, right after they finished the previous job, and worked until after 8 pm until the install of new 50 gallon water heater and all connections and parts were installed and old hot water heater (that died that morning with water all over the furnace room and laundry room floors, which fortunately is concrete and has a drain) removed.
