This guy showed up and was totally useless. That plumber said he would stop back by on Wednesday, the first home visit was on Friday. Rob told me over the phone what it would cost to replace them, and said he could have someone there in two hours. I had talked to three other plumbers before I heard from RA Mechanical. NONE of them could give me a window of when their tech could come. No offers of pricing, either. A licensed, experienced, competent plumber arrived in my two-hour window. He cleared away the broken equipment, installed the new equipment, cleaned up, and was on his way. Cost was exactly the estimate. I would RA again in heartbeat. Rob and his people are first-rate."

The workmen did a fantastic job of taring down and remove the old cast iron tub, removed all the walls to expose the plumbing. I had to have a new drain installed and that needed the expertise of plumbers, after the new drain was installed in the concrete they came back and within one day the job was completed and it turned out fantastic.
