Edgar is very professional. My lights in my home had gone out in part of the house. I called the security system, and they said from their end, everything was fine. I contacted an HVAC contractor and he couldn't figure out what the problem was in the house. I called Edgar and he was the only one to figure it out. He could tell what was going wrong with the electrical panel and was able to trace the problem to ComEd. He actually called ComEd and set everything up. Within an hour, the ComEd People were there enabling all my lights to work in the house. Great job Edgar!!

I had Serna Construction Group install the backsplash behind our bar, a tile surround around an electric fireplace and tile baseboard around the whole basement. It looks beautiful! They did an amazing job and are very meticulous about their work. The tile I picked looks like a stacked stone. The guys noticed there were two different lots of tile within a box and it would be noticeable if they were installed like that. So they went through all the tile boxes and separated them into the two lots. This way the bar tile was consistent as well as around the fireplace and it isnâ t noticeable on the baseboard. All the guys are very polite and work very clean. I have absolutely no hesitation on recommending Serna Construction Group for any job. As we have moved on from tile work to troubleshooting many electrical issues weâ ve had, hanging chandeliers, and other odd jobs. I hope to be doing some bathroom remodeling and construction renovations with Edgar and Serna Construction Group in the future.

These guys were very professional and very clean. I was very impressed with there skill level and how swift they were.

Contractor came out to repair 3 gas leaks located by nicor. With air pressure testing, scope expanded to 5 leak repairs and the installation of an additional block valve. Contractor pricing was very reasonable for the original scope items as well as for the added scope items.

Edgar Serna was great to work with. His two workers Rodrigo and Javier were meticulous, neat, always cleaned up at the end of the day and most of all they were on time every day. I would recommend Serna Construction for any job. They do it all. I am going to paint the interior of my house and put hardwood in my bedrooms and Edgar will be the first person I call.

My experience with Serna construction was very nice. Edgar provided prompt efficient service, he explained everything I was to expect. Luis did an awesome job with fixing and replacing the gas lines. The Nicor inspector even said they did a Great job, so I would recommend their services, I will be using this company again for the few projects I need done around the house. Their estimates are fair and they were a pleasure to work with.

They had an acceptable price. They removed our bathtub tile and installed new tile and plumbing. They came and did the work we asked. They were neat and polite. We have only good things to say about the whole experience.

They removed our old wood wall paneling and replaced it with drywall and they also installed our laminate flooring.
