When the Virus caused material supply issues, they gave us the choice of waiting for the material we asked for or getting an upgrade to an in stock, higher priced material – for the same price! When the Virus caused one of their work crews to quarantine, they sent a one-man team to build our fence. He single-handedly, over four days, built our fence in 90 degree temps, and did a great job! "My initial call went to voice mail and I left a message.  I did get a return phone call pretty quickly and a time was set up for Lucas to come and look at the project.  He was very pleasant on the phone, but he never showed up.  Two subsequent phone calls got no response.  I can only assume that he wasn't interested in the job.  It would have been nice if he had just said that so I could start looking for someone else right away.
