After the work was completed which took him and his daughter almost 4 hrs . the carpet and couches looked GREAT. He puts the time and effort in to completely satisfy his customers. "We have actually used this provider a couple of times, but most recently we had an emergency in which one of our dogs ate a bag of white chocolate morsels and proceeded to throw up in every single room of our house (no one was home).  She threw up in places like the middle of a sofa (efficiently and effectively soiling 4 cushions as well as the base of the sofa) and an upholstered chair (again, hitting the seat cushion, back, and base).  Keith and his technicians came on two occasions to clean up the mess, which I honestly did not think could be done.  The rugs and chair and sofa are cleaner than ever before, and we have our home back.  Keith's prices are very fair, and he is very accommodating to his customers' schedules.
