"I called them when my sump pumps (primary and backup) dies and I had water in my basement. Rob told me over the phone what it would cost to replace them, and said he could have someone there in two hours. I had talked to three other plumbers before I heard from RA Mechanical. NONE of them could give me a window of when their tech could come. No offers of pricing, either. A licensed, experienced, competent plumber arrived in my two-hour window. He cleared away the broken equipment, installed the new equipment, cleaned up, and was on his way. Cost was exactly the estimate. I would RA again in heartbeat. Rob and his people are first-rate."

"They cleaned out catch basin, repaired it (one of the bricks fell out) and tuckpointed it. Also scoped my sewer line. My home was built in 1910. Able was very responsive and professional. Their competitors never even returned my phone calls. I’d definitely hire them again."

"Prime Bath was amazing to work with. They installed and accessible shower for my moms house. Fair pricing, clean, respectful to my 90 year old parent, and they did it in one day! And they took no short cuts. Stripped everything down to the studs and installed new plumbing too. I’m an architect and approved of everything they did. Great job prime bath!"

"Nick and Gus installed a hot water tank. They were amazing - so thorough and professional. They explained the process involved and went above and beyond checking to make sure all faucets and tub were working properly after shutting off the water. "I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."
