It is difficult to find an excellent contractor who is willing to take on a major remodeling project in old construction, and who handles it efficiently, cost-effectively, and with perfection. This time we were remodeling a 110 year-old bathroom. When we got down to the studs, joists, and rafters, the plans were worthless because of all the surprises. Unphased, the crew was able to trace every hidden wire to destination and source, re-route them as needed, install a new, larger, circuit breaker box, pull wire through neatly, clearly identify and label everything, and finish beautifully the lighting, overhead heating, floor heating, and exhaust fixtures, making for a beautiful bath. I even decided I wanted a bigger tub after he brought in the original one and I had him take it back. They did not complain or charge me more for the work. They are honest hard working, I can’t say enough positive things. The only negative and not really because it was Christmas time was a slight delay. To make up for that they wanted to work weekends and holidays as well. Pick them you won’t be disappointed."
