He is reliable. Scheduling is a little bit of hassle, but it was a minor one. He has very competitive rates.

We had purchased a foreclosure home that has need a lot of rehab. Bought all new light fixtures throughout the house and needed an exhaust fan light combo for the bathroom. Bruce gave me an estimate of 500.00 to do all the work. When we bought the exhaust fan for the bathroom we decided on a light, fan and heater combo. When I gave Bruce the fan to install he advised us that since we bought a unit also heats it would require being wired differently and would require some extra work for which he didn?t complain and he stuck to his original estimate.
