"2018: Mariusz and his team provided exceptional customer service and quality products that ensure my roof and gutters will stand the test of time and weather. It's not easy finding and deciding on a contractor for most things. Mariusz brought to the table a straight forward approach as to what he could provide and that, in the end, everything was my call with no pressure. With a price in line with local averages, I could have asked for nothing more. *UPDATE* 2023: I once again had Mariusz and his team to my home for a project, this time being the siding. And once again, the result was PERFECT. The process of working with insurance took years but Holda Construction was extremely patient and didn't push the project. A call every couple weeks to see how I was and to let me know he was always ready when I was couldn't have been better. Mariusz made multiple trips to the house to help the process move along and was instrumental in getting us to where we are today. I would highly recommend taking Mariusz's advice on the things that could really change how you see your home. One major recommendation was to not simply side up to the windows but to put in BEAUTIFUL window borders that not only take the look of the finished project up 10 notches but sealed the home better than anything. The team Mariusz sent could not have been better. They tolerated an overwhelming amount of questions from me and walked me through everything that was being done. Not only did they finish the job but went above and beyond when we discovered 6 leaking, previously installed windows by someone else, were not installed nor sealed properly. They immediately removed the windows from my home and reinstalled them correctly and did so happily. THIS WAS NOT THEIR JOB! The team simply wanted to do the right thing and fixed someone else's mistakes so that my home could be at 100%! Here we are, 2 weeks later, and my home feels BRAND NEW. Whether it's siding, windows, roofing, or everything in-between, look for further than HOLDA CONSTRUCTION. I can not recommend Mariusz and his team enough. THANK YOU!"

I believed gutters, soffit, and fascia were part of the job, but later was told it was just a cleaning (which never happened). The crew left open holes in my roof on day one, and the ?one-day job? dragged into four days of loud, late work with sloppy cleanup and debris left behind. When they said the job was done, I found exposed nail heads, poor trim work, and granule loss on my brand-new roof. They had to send crews back multiple times, and I still had to hire two independent inspectors at my own expense. I was also charged over $1,000 extra for wood and for trim I didn?t want ? now I?ll have to pay to remove and replace it. Despite repeated promises from management that they would ?take care of me,? my calls, emails, texts, and photos went ignored after one brief call from the GM. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend this company."
