"After convincing ourselves that the Hardie products were our preferred choice for siding materials, we did extensive research and obtained bids from five contractors, most of them preferred contractors as rated by Hardie. The installation crew were professional, skilled and accommodating to letting us "work in" other projects while they were doing their installation. We also found them most reasonable in their pricing when additional work was needed to repair some underlying wood rot. We would have given them an A rating if it weren't for the internal miscommunication between sales and scheduling that delayed our project by over a month. They weren't the least expensive option we had, but close, and in the end it's about the value received, not just the price....and S&WG delivered in that area."
