After doing my research I have found the windows he uses to be excellent quality. Ordered the windows, 12 weeks to the date they were installed. The install was done in half a day. They team was very clean, helpful and complete. They answered all my questions and even let me watch! We noticed a difference within hours of sealing up the windows how cool my second story remained with the Energy Efficient windows in. I cleaned all of them with an easy process of sliding the clips and opening them. What a dream window and only wished we had done this ten years earlier. The windows were 29 years old, solid wood and clad. From the outside you can hardly tell the difference. These were a great purchase, and we are looking forward to having the other 13 windows done with Best Windows."

"Greg, the owner, is very responsive to questions and requests. There were bumps along the way during the project, and these were handled professionally and reasonably (like going from tearing off only vinyl siding to tearing off three layers of siding, plus moving window frames). Any time we've discovered an issue, Greg had it taken care of promptly. Neal the sales consultant was very friendly and helpful in our decision about siding design. He gave us a list of addresses so that we could drive around and see examples of their siding jobs, which was very useful. The work crew was also good, especially Norbert. They worked hard, did careful and fairly detailed work, and cleaned up every day. Norbert can troubleshoot well. He came up with creative solutions to handling unexpected structural issues (like uneven walls). The only significant complaint I have is that they almost installed the HardieBoard on top of old asphalt siding (which we did not know about until the vinyl was taken off), which would have voided the manufacturers warranty. But after we pushed the Siding Group to look into it, they learned that you shouldn't install the new siding on top of old asphalt siding, and so removed all layers of siding down to the original wooden planks before wrapping, insulating, and re-siding. Also, there was a miscommunication about the siding design so that shingles were not initially installed in the gables as planned. The issue was handled right away and the final design is exactly what we wanted (nor were we charged extra for the day and a half of additional work). The work looks great, and we've gotten lots of complements."
