"1. Very fast to respond to the the request 2. The staff was exceptionally nice, explained what they do and how they work. 3. Scheduled an appointment with a 2 hr window. 4. Repair showed up on time. (Two people) 5. They examined the problem and gave me a quote (fair and reasonable) 6. They went to work and resolved the sewer backup issue. Then they went ahead and cleared all the pipes of sludge until the water ran clear. They explained the issue was food residue buildup from the garbage disposal. That made sense since we has done a lot of summer and fall canning and used the disposal extensively. 6. They did a excellent job, very courteous and explained everything along the way. They used plastic to protect the surrounding area charged less than the estimate. 7. This is a family run business. They care about their customers a work hard to resolve the problem to the customers satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend their service."

We bid with two other HVAC contractors and we pulled the trigger with Jim and his team. What put them apart was that they took their time assessing our home and situation, walked through all possible options, and clearly communicated those options. They evaluated and wanted to find the most feasible option for us, with efficiency and cost in mind. The other contractors came through and kind of already had their minds set on what heating system to use. Jim is also very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Jim and Carlton's proposal was the most cost effective overall - the unit/system itself and our personal ROI. "We have a very old furnace and AC unit and had been told after a maintenance appointment that we needed to replace the furnace. We had a few companies out to give us quotes and Ryan was the only one who suggested something other than simply replacing the units with high end, expensive units to get the cooling and heating that we wanted. He came out and did vent work to improve air flow and installed cold air returns in bedrooms that did not have them and was honest about the fact that our units did not need to be replaced yet. It was more a venting issue. After having him do the work, Our bedrooms are heating evenly and we are seeing all the results we wanted without having to replace a furnace that is still working. We will definitely reach back out to him when it comes time to replace the units! Very impressed with his honesty and willingness to investigate the problem instead of just sell us new equipment."
