He recognized what I had already tried to repair the oven and then made recommendations which I approved and had my stove up and running in no time. After I asked the installer if he can trim it, he said he doesn’t have hand saw and cannot use his power saw to do it. He told me I will have to buy my own saw and cut it myself. That defeats the purpose of hiring and paying for a professional to do their job!"
