David installed new hot water heater quickly and efficiently. He called back very quickly after I left message and arrived promptly. I'm so happy to have a new plumber we can rely on.

It went great!! These were the only guys I could get on the phone on a Sunday and they came by a couple days later and installed the hot water heater I had sourced in a few hours, easy as that. Great work, very professional and easy to work with. Will be calling them next time I need a plumber for sure!

Due to my attempt to temporarily shut off our main water supply to fix another minor problem on a weekend, I managed to break the valve stem for our main water shutoff valve and leave us without water supply. The plumber (whose personal name I did not catch) came out promptly. This wound up involving the town DPW (to shut off water supply at the street) coming out both that day and then on Monday morning. The plumber was responsive within an hour of when the water was shut off and promptly and quickly replaced the valve and a few others. I should also note that he and his assistant were very strict in their COVID-19 protocol, keeping his mask properly in place and maintaining distance at all times even outdoors with no prompting. Post-pandemic we will need significantly more work and I plan to engage this firm for that. The price was not cheap, but given that it involved multiple trips, including weekend, I consider the price to have been completely fair.

Zack and his team did an awesome job, and also for a very competitive price. We needed a tankless water heater to replace our water heater tank that failed. He knew exactly what to get for our size home and had it in stock. He clearly has a lot of experience. The installation looks very professional (see photo), and they took the extra time to tuck the heater into a nook so it would be less visible. They also cleaned up and were pleasant to work with. It's nice to know we will never run out of hot water again. Great job and service- would highly recommend.

Amazing. They were nearby and got to my house in 30 minutes. I was given a fair price and they did the work, explained what I did wrong, and wrapped up cleanly without any unnecessary judgement. I hope to use them for some bigger projects in the future.

Called on Friday, on a whim. He was was able to fit me in between 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm that afternoon. Replace Kitchen Faucet beautifully. Then replaced the garbage disposal. I explained that we wanted to do work in a bathroom and was explaining all the problems. One in particular was the switch on the shower no longer worked to redirect water from the shower head to the bottom spout. Explained that another plumber told me that we would have to cut a hole in the wall on the other side of the wall and access it there. He was able to fix it without having to access it from the back wall!

Zack responded immediately, came by, and diagnosed the problem in minutes and provided a temporary repair until he could schedule the work. The work was completed today and it is clearly a professional job and the rate was reasonable. I used AA Zack for an emergency water heater replacement 3 years ago and I'm still completely satisfied. I highly recommend AA Zack.

Came the same day I called.

AA Zack came in and replaced the toilet and bathroom faucet and swapped in a new dishwasher. On-time, professional, reasonable cost.

Woke up to water coming through the ceiling from hot water pipes (for radiator heat). I was able to open a hole in the ceiling to expose the rotten pipes but required professionals to come in immediately. These guys took the job and showed up a few hours later. Just a couple of pipes to replace and then bleed out the radiators in the unit above us. Work went quickly and professionally. They discovered a problem with the flow control valve on the furnace which was a quick repair as well. Definitely cost more than I originally expected, but it was on very short notice.

I'm very happy with his work. Several times he has figured out ways to fix my problems without spending a lot.

Wonderful! He was able to give me a quote over the phone with some pics I took. He and his assistant came the next morning and were able to fix the pipe. He explained everything well and worked to repair the problem quickly.

Zach is very responsive, fast and extremely honest about what needs to get done and what does not. Prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommended.
