"I needed to have a scuffed and scratched oak dining room floor sanded and sealed. Jose and assistant George arrived at 8:10 a.m. Monday and started sanding 30 minutes later after high powered vacuuming. The sanding took about two hours. After that, three coats of sealer, with about 1/2 an hour of drying time between coats. The floor is beautiful. We could walk on it last night (wearing socks) and can put the furniture back tomorrow. One of the most notable things is that there is literally zero dust. Jerry uses top of the light HEPA filter sanding equipment. It captures literally all of the dust.
