In order to cancel the contract, I have to take a signed paper to their main office after work today. Very inconvenient for me. The worst part was that Thomas and Holden kept guilt tripping us into signing the contract because they had come all the way out to Mountain Home from Boise. If that's part of your job, don't make the customer feel bad about it. Lastly, they showed us what a "high end" bathroom remodel job looked like at over $24,000! That's more than it would've cost us to completely replace our HVAC system! If you have a chance to use DaBella, go ahead and skip them. Pushy and too expensive. Update: Just got an alert from Credit Karma, DaBella still did a hard pull on my credit even though I canceled them yesterday! Plus the receptionist, Maggie, told me that the team leader would be reaching out to me to confirm our cancelation; that did not happen."
