"Hello [Member Name Removed], I can understand you being frustrated that we could not cancel other calls to get back out to your house immediately but to state we were going to charge you or that your dishwasher was damaged is a complete falsity, unnecessary, and a total assumption. As you were explained, and I'm sure you know, your dishwasher was not damaged by us and simply needed readjusted. You were inappropriately rude and unprofessional to our staff when you called to say you didn't feel it was level enough, which is why Doug, the owner, called you and offered to come relevel it for you the next available time he could. He never said you would be charged even though you were fully capable of adjusting the two leveling screws given you dismantled the machine yourself prior to him coming. But instead of allowing him to help you simply stated yourself that you weren't paying for him to come back and hung up. Doug has owned this business since 1989 and definitely has not received the great reputation he has from lying to people. This review of yours is clearly one of anger and a far stretch from reality."
