Great communication, detailed contact prior to starting outlining scope of work, so we knew we were on the same page with everything that needed to be done. Very fair and honest, went above and beyond to change several things that we changed throughout the process. Fair price and good, transparent accounting of materials and costs. They do it all, structural, shelving, electrical, paint.. and anything they did not have immediate expertise in, Rus had a guy or two we got quotes from (tile, etc.).
