I have done many remodels in my lifetime and I must say working with Rick and his crew was the easiest remodel I have ever done. It wasn’t a small job either. We converted two bedrooms, added a door, installed a kitchen, remodeled the entire bathroom, and the list goes on. They were clean, professional, friendly, and had great suggestions. Rick was easy to get a hold of and communication was always smooth. Clarity and reviews of project details were done regularly. We had to do some tricky things to install a washer and dryer, and his team was always open to other options which helped us to keep our costs within budget. They were creative, always respectful of our property, and I would highly recommend Rick Hicks and his outstanding crew.

I hired KNR to remodel my house this last spring. After bringing in a couple other contractors to put in bids I went with KNR because he seemed to be a little more knowledgable and his prices were reasonable as well. The project went smooth and everything was completed on time. The quality of the work was top notch, you can tell that the owner really takes pride in their work. Would highly recommend!
