He introduced himself, was very personable. Most IMPORTANT was after he completed the install he explained it all to me. He gave me the instructions and pointed out if I wanted to change the settings this is how you do it. Anyway he got it all done. He also attached the door bell button and replaced the chime box. He will be back to fix a span of my fence in the future."
