It seems to me that getting the work done is easy, but what is not easy is communication between customers, sales, and the crew. That is where Modern Landscape shines. ALL questions/emails were answered promptly, and communication to his guys was obviously very good, nothing was missed. We asked for quite a bit of extra work to be done that was not on the original bid, and that was never a problem. If any problems came up, Nick dealt with them quickly. Sometimes when you go with the lowest bid, you "get what you pay for". But these guys were TOP NOTCH! They were on time, communicative, and worked fast and hard, and cleaned up everyday that they were here! They were also patient and understanding with change orders and material shortages.
