It was past 60 days so I had to pay another $100 service fee to have the water leaks fixed. He tightened the packing and quoted $350 to replace the valves. Sheesh."

Like I said, I don't have high quality fabric on them, I wasn't expecting them to be in new condition, but the guys worked really h****** trying to get them as clean as they could.

I have no complaints about the family room carpet or stairs. They look great and I love knowing they have been professionally cleaned. They also moved my sofas, which I wasn't expecting or even asked, and that was an added bonus.

The tile in the 1/2 bath got cleaner. I was expecting them to look nicer than how it turned out, but it was only $20 for that room. My husband was much more satisfied than me. I guess I wanted my white grout to look very white again."
