We have an older home with older ductwork. We had Spencer and Brayton out and they cleaned and sealed our ductwork. They did a great job. Professional, great communication, attention to detail. They reduced our air leakage by 86%. We noticed an immediate difference in improved airflow, our cold spots are no longer cold spots. Thanks!

Jarad came to inspect my air conditioner. When the furnace and air conditioner was installed, they took time to explain how they worked and what I needed to do from one season to the next. However, there was so much information exchanged then, I forgot part of it. Jarad took the time to thoroughly explain everything. He also looked at another concern of mine, and he fixed that. I couldn't have been more pleased.

These guys were awesome, everyone from sales to the installers were laid back and professional. There weren't any gimmicks and they had the best quotes and install timelines. Hands down the best experience we had. We had a new A/C, Furnace and water heater all done in 7 hours.
