"Thank you for your review. We responded to your need immediately and gave you same day service. We typically charge less for standard water heater and installation, however, this was not a simple basic installation. We had to remove the chimney from the downstairs water heaters, disconnect and remove and then replace the gas piping, the electrical switch and the condensate drain from your furnace. We gave our price for the job up front. You accepted the price. And, we charged you exactly what we quoted you. We do our very best to keep our prices fair. Thank you very much for yor comments and for your business!"
