He showed me with a camera of issues internal to the furnace and also of issues with the AC unit. He explained things in layman's terms so I could understand. In the end I am purchasing a new furnace and AC unit because the cost to fix everything was not worth it. "Call Golden Rule on a Friday night, and they were able to send someone out first thing Saturday morning. After going over our three options, we decided to replace both the AC and furnace based on the age of the system and the cost for a temporary repair. Monday AM the installer arrived, worked all day, and installed the system."

The provider is skillful and did a better job on fixing the leaking shower knob than two other providers that quoted me a much higher price and much work involved like cutting into my dry wall.
However, we did not discuss about the pricing up front for the cost to search for a place to put a water shutoff valve.
It took a over an hour. It was not clear to me how much was for the change of fixing the shower knob and how much was for the other things.
