"The service man first explained what he was going to do and then kept me informed of things he was finding. He showed me with a camera of issues internal to the furnace and also of issues with the AC unit. He explained things in layman's terms so I could understand. In the end I am purchasing a new furnace and AC unit because the cost to fix everything was not worth it. I am having them install both because I know and trust that they will do it right the first time at a very reasonable price. "I like the quality of the work done by this provider. The provider came quickly for this.
The provider is skillful and did a better job on fixing the leaking shower knob than two other providers that quoted me a much higher price and much work involved like cutting into my dry wall.
However, we did not discuss about the pricing up front for the cost to search for a place to put a water shutoff valve.
It took a over an hour. It was not clear to me how much was for the change of fixing the shower knob and how much was for the other things.
