Comprehensive discussion of what will be done, included pictures, good discussion of the actual mechanism that removes the radon. Once scheduled the process was completed in about 3 hours - walked me through what was done. The final product looked just liked the pictures. Discussed maintenance before leaving. All went well and was pleased. Radon's now at healthy levels.

We had neighbors bid on and install hvac at two different times. We needed a new furnace in 2015 and a new air conditioner in 2018. We were very pleased with the price and service we received both times. The repairmen we courteous and professional and the sales and office people were excellent.

A home we had bought needed radon mitigation to reduce the radon level below the EPA recommended 4 pCi/L level. Being an older home which had been extensively added onto by previous owners, the construction which included approx. 1/3 over a small basement, 1/3 over two separate areas of concrete slab, and 1/3 over a very low overhead clearance crawl space complicated consideration of how best to correct the radon issue. Before contacting Neighbors Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Radon I had visited with and received estimates from several other companies but the only option they presented was variations of the usual sub-slab depressurization type system, which would have presented complications to install in this application and been very time-consuming. When I contacted Neighbors, after inspecting our home, in addition to the usual sub-slab depressurization method their very knowledgable representative Randy Newman was able to present a quote for an entirely different available radon reduction option, installation of the RenewAire Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) system. It's cost was competitive with the other options, and the unit itself very well adapted to both the location where it would be installed and the existing radon levels we wished to lower. So we scheduled an installation date. The installation went perfectly in every way, from the arrival of Randy and Scott around 8:30am until completion by noon. They managed to mount the ERV unit in the most ideal location, a small upper storage 'attic' above a bedroom with short runs of duct work, carefully and logically laid out to conserve space. The workmanship and efficiency by Randy and Scott in completing this installation was really exceptional, the system works exactly as expected. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend calling Neighbors for an estimate on any radon mitigation work you are considering!

It passed and the certificate was submitted to the City.

Called Neighbors around 8:15 AM and they said they could have someone out between 9 and 11 AM that day. I was at work so they asked for my phone number in case the technician needed to contact me. Got a phone call shortly after 11 AM saying it was finished, told me what part was replaced, the cost and it was working and everything else looked good so was happy to know I would be coming home to a warm house. Very prompt and professional.

We hired Neighbors to replace our furnace and air conditioner and we have been very happy with how it all turned out. Neighbors was the one provider who showed me their load calculations, and they quoted a few different equipment options. Their quote also showed the model numbers of the equipment so I could do research and compare my options. From the estimator to the install team to the start-up tech, everyone was courteous, prompt, and extremely competent. I highly recommend their services if you are in the market for a new furnace and air conditioner. We love our new system and the energy and cost-savings it provides.

Very professional to work with from the initial call to the finished product.  The sales team, and service team did and excellent job, and very good followup after the sale.

They came out 3 times, because the wet clay ground under my slab made it very difficult to get the radon level where I wanted it. They were very gracious and tweaked the system without complaint. They finally had to put in a second pipe. They were professional, courteous and prompt, and on the third try the levels went down to about 2, which is a good level.

Excellent! The problem was solved with the diagnosis from Neighbors.I had been having problems with drains in one of my rental homes. I was in New York when it happened. Water was coming down through the ceiling and into the basement. I asked neighbors to come and help diagnose the problem and it their recommendation solved the problem.

It took all day to install to install new furnace. They did a great job. Very happy with the new furnace and the support and help they gave after the installation.

Appreciate the radon crew's great work at our home. Randy was very good explaining the quote and the work to be done. Scott and Kevin were prompt, professional and personable. Arrived on time, finished job in 45 min and that cost 485.00! That was in addition to the 100.00 we already paid for a brief service visit.

Arrived right on time and installed both a/c and furnace without problems. Very nice installers. Great job.

Aside from a scheduling incident which Neighbors quickly resolved, everything went perfectly. Plumber showed up on time, called when he was finished, and everything is working great now. Office helped me get rebate forms taken care of.

John promptly responded to all of my questions. The "worker bees" we're efficient, professional, friendly. We were told we would be without water for up Up to 3 hrs.....it was only 30 mins.
