They offered to provide fans in the summer and space heaters in the winter until the issue was identified and corrected. NOTE: The unit SL installed at prior address has only had regular maintenance needed to support warranty for over 8 years. My recurring issues are related to an incorrect installation during new home construction by an HVAC company who outsourced installation and then refused to stand behind their product & service."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
