I couldn't have been more pleased."

He showed me with a camera of issues internal to the furnace and also of issues with the AC unit. He explained things in layman's terms so I could understand. In the end I am purchasing a new furnace and AC unit because the cost to fix everything was not worth it. They called me at work to let me know that they had finished the project. I returned home to find the area cleaned up and a brand spanking new furnace installed along with A/C and new thermostat. The provider is skillful and did a better job on fixing the leaking shower knob than two other providers that quoted me a much higher price and much work involved like cutting into my dry wall.
However, we did not discuss about the pricing up front for the cost to search for a place to put a water shutoff valve.
It took a over an hour. It was not clear to me how much was for the change of fixing the shower knob and how much was for the other things.
