"I have worked with VOS for numerous lawn/yard projects over the last few years. I have never written an Angie's List review but felt compelled to share my experience. VOS continues to impress me with their punctuality, quality of work, thoroughness, and honesty. That has been especially refreshing recently with many contractors being booked months out and failing to return phone calls, provide estimates, etc. I can really appreciate VOS' commitment to customer service. Each time VOS team members are doing work at my house, they operate in a safe, clean, and detailed manner. It's nice to know that I can hire a company and know for certain that the job will be done right!"

We're a trusted tree company in the Loganville, GA area that serves both commercial and residential clients. Contact us today to schedule an appointment.
"Great. I could not believe the efficiency. My trees were close to house and there were no problems, clean up as they went. Another tree service had left logs for days. They had the logs hauled away when they left. Somehow they had it all done before my husband got home from work."

The story of Venyscapes becoming an Atlanta drainage solutions and landscaping company, began with my dad. While raising his sons, he instilled hard work in us starting at a young age. He lead by example with a devotion to excellence and perfection, always keeping his customers first. My Dad believed that hard work always paid off, and an excellent job meant happy customers and a greater legacy. As a business owner now, with a family run business, I couldn’t agree more. And as my dad always said, “A customer’s smile is worth more than anything.”
"Could not have asked for a better experience. Carlos and his team did a great job, from start to finish. Carlos designed a drainage system that will take rainwater away and stop the errosion of my backyard. They were professional, arrived on time and explained what they would be doing. Very reasonable priced. If you have drainage issues you cannot go wrong with Venyscapes. Dianne Lee"

"Arborpro came and gave me an estimate and I accepted the job. He stated that he would come towards the end of the week. I had to call and first excuse was he could not remember address. Rescheduled for another day. It rained and he had to reschedule ( I dont blame for this cancellation). Day came then called to say his truck broke down and would not be able to make it."

We are a tree service company that looks to improve our customer's yard appearance, we are looking to be the number one choice in tree service. We value integrity, honesty, and people. Through our quality work we look to establish long lasting relationships with everyone we come in contact with. Our humble beginnings have taught us life lessons and we look to continuously grow as people and as a business.
"Initially, Javier was polite, likable, and almost charming when bidding the job... but in the end, he hung up on me, made a mess, and is leaving me to clean it up and pay for SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS OF DAMAGE. His response, "hey, tree work is messy." Unacceptable. They were sloppy, overcharged, and lied towards the end of the job to try getting out of doing work that was paid for (example - claimed they couldn't grind a stump because of metal in the tree stump... after being pressed by me, they easily ground the stump with NO metal). Further, they destroyed my fence and beautiful back yard (they loved driving their Bobcat over every nice piece of landscaping), destroyed part of the front yard, damaged healthy/good trees (that now need to be removed), knocked out power to the entire neighborhood TWICE (for a total of 5 hours during a hot July 90+ degree day, damaged the driveway (fuel spill), damaged a walkway (fuel spill), left bottles everywhere, didn't grind several stumps, etc. Not a professional company (this was clear when they began rushing the job to get to the next one - they "half-assed" most of the work. Also, not ONE employee wore a hardhat, hearing protection, or eye protection - this is a clear sign of an unprofessional company. I withheld $1,000 and told them not to come back (as they were making things worse every time they showed up - they tried to repair the fence with a chainsaw). Unfortunately, after paying an exorbitant amount of money, I will now need to hire another (hopefully professional) tree company to come finish their horrible and sloppy job - Thanks Javier! Also, they easily did $4,000-$5,000 worth of damage. If you read this review and still hire them, remember that you were warned."

Budget over $1,500 if you need a tree removed from your yard that’s larger than 80 feet. Large tree removal is a significant project that requires a crane, and the overall price will increase if the tree is close to your house. Typically, smaller trees can cost as low as $8 per foot to remove, while larger trees (over 80 feet) can cost at least $15 per foot.

Yes, you will want to confirm that the tree removal company you hire is insured before proceeding with the job. Tree removal can be dangerous work, and it's important to verify that the company carries the proper insurance to cover any onsite accidents or damage.

To have a fallen tree removed near your home, you can expect to pay between $100 to $500. Your local tree removal professional will most likely just need to cut and remove the tree from your property, but factors like the size of the tree and its trunk diameter impact this cost. In addition, there will be an extra cost to fill in the hole left by the tree, and while you have your tree removal specialist on-site, it might be worth it to have them inspect the other trees in your yard for potential damage. Trees that have fallen onto your home or another structure, will likely be more costly to remove.

The minimum cost is $500 to $1,000, as disposal of tree debris is between $200 and $300 per load.

Costs can range from $500 up to $2,000, on average. It depends on the size of the tree, the location, accessibility, if there are hazardous conditions surrounding the tree and the environment, and if other work is being done on the property along with fallen tree removal.
Answered by Elan Flores at Flores Artscape in Los Angeles, CA on 01/07/25
It really depends on if it's just lying on the ground or if it fell on a structure. The cost could be anywhere from $500 to $10,000. There's a wide price range because some fallen trees are really easy to remove, while others are very difficult and require a crane.
Answered by Kenneth Kirlin at Carolina Tree Trimmers LLC in Summerville, SC on 01/06/25
You can expect to pay about $1,000 to $4,000 to have a fallen tree removed. Trees that have fallen require more labor to remove than one that's standing.
Answered by Jeremiah Erickson at Chameleon Property Services LLC in Albany, NY on 01/13/25
On average, removing a tree costs around $750, but you can expect to pay between $200 to $2,000. Factors that impact the overall cost include the number of trees you’re having removed, their height, the diameter of their trunks, permits needed, and the tree’s accessibility. You’ll pay more if the tree is in a hard-to-reach area or dangerous location, like close to power lines.

The cost varies depending on a number of factors, including the size of the tree, location, accessibility, whether or not the stump is also being removed, and other environmental factors.
Answered by Elan Flores at Flores Artscape in Los Angeles, CA on 01/07/25
Each tree is different, and costs can vary widely based on factors including tree size, hardness of wood, difficulties caused by location of the tree and proximity to nearby structures and objects, inherent risk involved in specific removals (e.g. rotten sections of trunk), requirements of dealing with municipalities and local governments for tree removal permits, and the methods employed by the tree worker to remove your tree.
A single tree could cost as low as $100 to remove or $10,000 dollars or more depending on these factors. It is also important to keep in mind that many companies have a minimum price to come out and do work or even give quotes.

If there are no online reviews, ask them for referrals. If a tree removal company is reputable, you won't be their first client. It's perfectly acceptable to ask for references on your initial call, and if a removal company won't provide referrals, it's time to move on.
Find out what equipment they use. Some types of tree removal equipment are better than others, and a removal company might need special tools to get your particular job done. On your first conversation with a prospective removal company, make sure that you clearly express the nature of the job you want accomplished and receive assurances that the company has the proper equipment.
Consider all of the costs. Always ask for an estimate up-front. Inquire about the job itself and any potential hidden fees that you might not be aware of.
