"I had called a different company, scheduled a pro to change the main spigot outside which was damaged & rusty. I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. "Jim and Jordan were both professional and honest. They worked with us on installing an interior french/foundation drain around half of our basement into an existing, outside sump pump and did not try to oversell us on adding a second sump pump (as other companies did). Their crew were all polite, efficient and hard workers and left the area clean and finished off in a professional manner. For years, every time there was sustained rain we would have water seeping into our basement. Would recommend them for any concrete work and waterproofing you would need done. Could not reach the sales person to ask questions after job was booked. There was confusion about what was to be done exactly. "These guys worked almost all night to get get the job done. The laid pvc pipe so when we back wash the pool the water no longer drains in our backyard. It drains down the front yard under the sidewalk into the street and down the sewer. They laid rock and sod were water eroded my backyard and now my yard us is Beatiful again thanks to Marvin and his crew. I would hire them again ."
