"NES was great! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything all the way through. I had tons of questions but he ended up really taking his time to answer them I had around 7 quotes from different companies but ultimately decided to go with NES because I felt I could trust the work. Even if the prices are similar, go with your gut and pick NES. There was no frills and extra bs. I ended up adding a ton of services on the original quote because the value it provided. If you are looking at this review you have most likely spoken with other vendors. I’ve talked to countless people saying they can’t give any ballpark quotes until they it. Scope of work may change when they see it BUT.. the price of the work shouldn’t change. Every vendor has a pricing sheet of the base level work. "I requested a HVAC tech come out to my home as my AC was not working properly. The tech recommended that I get a new AC. He told me he would have his sales rep come out to talk to me about the options I would have as far as replacing it. Their sales rep showed up. His name is Jimmy, and he told me all these great things about Bardi and their products. We came to an agreement of my buying a cheap HVAC system as I was trying to save money. It would cost me 12,000 dollars for the system. The next day April 5th, 2025 their install tech came out and installed the equipment. I was at work at the time, but I had a family member there. I returned home to find out the lower level of my home was not being cooled, and they had left part of my old HVAC system connected to the new system. It was a burnt up disconnect that should have been replaced and was a major part of what was wrong with my old system. Also they used a panel cover from my old system instead of new. I asked Jimmy to come and pick up the equipment which it states I have three days to reject the equipment in the contract. He expressed that I couldn't reject the equipment after it was installed. They had a tech come out the next day April 6, 2025 to fix the downstairs not working, and he fixed it. The next day it happened to be cold outside so I turned on the heat. No heat was coming out of the vents just cool air and the fan unit was running extremely loud outside. It was so loud it sounded like the fan unit was in my room on the second floor, so I turned it off. When I did turn off the fan unit made a horrible exploding noise. Once again I called Bardi and asked them to come get their HVAC system, they refused. Crystal the customer care rep is who I spoke with. She scheduled another repair tech to come out on April 12th to look at the HVAC system. I waited the entire day and no one showed up. I finally called and the receptionist told me it was their employee appreciation day no one would be coming. Monday I received a call from Crystal their customer care rep stating she text me and told me no one would be coming, but I never received that text. She scheduled another appointment for Easter Sunday. I stayed home Easter Sunday instead of going to church, and no one showed up again. I've stated each and every time I've spoken with someone from Bardi that I don't want to do business with them but they are basically trying to force me to keep their equipment at this point. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. These people are trying to rip their customers off basically. This should be illegal. I've reach out to get a lawyer to force them to remove their equipment from my home. Stay away from these people at all cost."

"We replaced the original roof on our house. I expressed my concerns about re-installation of the lightening rods to my roofer. We have had at least three direct hits since they were originally installed in 2013. My roofer called William who was very helpful. William offered to come out an make sure everything was 100% after re-installation. He came the day after I called and I'm glad he did. While the reinstall was the best he had seen (his words) there were issues after 5 year and 3 strikes that needed addressed. He fixed those and now I have a new roof and I am certain the lightening rods will work as intended. Highly recommend this company."

"thought I would at least give my 2 cents in on the this disasters company. I started out in when their were no one in this business as Jeff Woods Construction. At the time, they were the best in the business. It is most unfortunate that they changed to the preset company Premiere Generators. Huge aspirations that only caused their downfall. It was in there infinite wisdom to eliminate the Northwest Georgia region and leaving their entire customer base hanging with no service. So much for customer loyalty! But there is a silver lining to this story. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague. I found a company named White Electrical Services that serves the NWG location. Chad is a hidden gem indeed. Yes a small business but believes in customer service and is extremely knowledgeable what Premiere Generators has forgotton and ignored. Please understand this is not a personal vendetta of this company but a review on it?s poor merit and better options."
