"I cannot say enough good things about Mitchell and Demarcus. They called when they were on the way, arrived on time, and completed the installation in just a few hours. It was a tough job. The water heater was partially blocked by the furnace but Mitchell figured out how to remove the old heater without having to remove part of a wall, which is what I expected would have to happen. He re-piped the connections (the old piping was a mess!) ran the gas line extension to my stove area and placed the new heater. I had hot water within a few hours of job completion. I now look forward to hiring Mitchell again to install my new gas stove (once I buy it). I highly recommend Cool Air.
