I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. "Very good experience. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of everything. They were a bit pricey but I had a small leak in pvc pipe from hot water heater that happened on Saturday around 6:30 or so. Because I did not want to take a chance on allowing it to continue until Monday had to pay extra fee for Saturday night service.
