The owner actually spent several hours digging under a buried rock to ensure optimal drain pipe placement; it would have been very easy to just run the pipe over the top of the rock but he insisted on getting it right. I believe that Jordan and Jim are both honest and competent in their work. I would not recommend anyone but them for work of this nature. I stated NA on the pricing question because I got no other quotes with which to compare because I was completely satisfied about using this company after our first meeting. "They arrived late as they were scheduled to be at the house between 8:30 - 9:00, they showed at about 9:30. I asked for a call about ten minutes before arrival so that I could take my dogs out for their business. They did call, but it was only about 5 minutes before they arrived and I had to scramble to put the dogs back in the house. The work was acceptable, however I will now have to try to cover up the gravel that was spread over the drainage hose so that it does not look so rough. The gravel will run down the hill and I will have to install a small landscaping border so that it does not happen. They installed a block wall around the a/c condenser, but it is not flush. It sticks out about 1" on the corner."
