"I had called a different company, scheduled a pro to change the main spigot outside which was damaged & rusty. I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. "Very good experience. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of everything. They were a bit pricey but I had a small leak in pvc pipe from hot water heater that happened on Saturday around 6:30 or so. Because I did not want to take a chance on allowing it to continue until Monday had to pay extra fee for Saturday night service. They were the only company I contacted willing to have someone come out Saturday night. Others would not send a tech. Thanks for taking care of this for me."

They worked with us on installing an interior french/foundation drain around half of our basement into an existing, outside sump pump and did not try to oversell us on adding a second sump pump (as other companies did). Their crew were all polite, efficient and hard workers and left the area clean and finished off in a professional manner. For years, every time there was sustained rain we would have water seeping into our basement. Since their installation, we have had sustained rain a number of times and the foundation drain has worked very well. No more water in the basement. I would highly recommend them."

"These guys worked almost all night to get get the job done. The laid pvc pipe so when we back wash the pool the water no longer drains in our backyard. It drains down the front yard under the sidewalk into the street and down the sewer.
