"Ragsdale was able to work in an appointment for me with two day notice. My drain from the attic was completely clogged. After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. "Very good experience. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of everything. They were a bit pricey but I had a small leak in pvc pipe from hot water heater that happened on Saturday around 6:30 or so. Because I did not want to take a chance on allowing it to continue until Monday had to pay extra fee for Saturday night service. "They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"
