I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. They worked with us on installing an interior french/foundation drain around half of our basement into an existing, outside sump pump and did not try to oversell us on adding a second sump pump (as other companies did). "They arrived late as they were scheduled to be at the house between 8:30 - 9:00, they showed at about 9:30. I asked for a call about ten minutes before arrival so that I could take my dogs out for their business. They did call, but it was only about 5 minutes before they arrived and I had to scramble to put the dogs back in the house. The work was acceptable, however I will now have to try to cover up the gravel that was spread over the drainage hose so that it does not look so rough. The gravel will run down the hill and I will have to install a small landscaping border so that it does not happen. They installed a block wall around the a/c condenser, but it is not flush. It sticks out about 1" on the corner."
