It was a guy who the company sent out another plumber help the guy out who was doing the repairs just stud around watching and not assisting as he was told to do from me speaking to their boss James from Remdy Plumbing company. We used to get water after every rain storm. We have had several heavy downpours and not one single drop of water! I highly recommend them. Fair and honest people!"
