Aaron is very polite and answered any question I had about the job so I proceeded with them. To me it was a catastrophic issue that needed immediate attention. Aaron completed the job of my entire upstairs drains being clogged with a few hours. I see some reviews stating they are pricey and that could very well be since I did want to wait around for multiple quotes that could have taken an extra day I went with them since they were the most responsive. Im happy that I am now back up and running, with multiple people in my home it was crucial to have the bathrooms back up and running. "If you can avoid repairs on a rainy day, I woulddo so. The worker was kind and understanding. It was a guy who the company sent out another plumber help the guy out who was doing the repairs just stud around watching and not assisting as he was told to do from me speaking to their boss James from Remdy Plumbing company. We used to get water after every rain storm. We have had several heavy downpours and not one single drop of water! I highly recommend them. Fair and honest people!"

Could not reach the sales person to ask questions after job was booked. There was confusion about what was to be done exactly.
