I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. "If you can avoid repairs on a rainy day, I woulddo so. The worker was kind and understanding. It was a guy who the company sent out another plumber help the guy out who was doing the repairs just stud around watching and not assisting as he was told to do from me speaking to their boss James from Remdy Plumbing company. The guy who stud around not assisting was Blake. And the only problem I had was my sheet rock that was taken out wasn't put back correctly and I was left with dirty stain carpet ."

They put in french drains, concrete walls to support the compromised brick ones in the basement. Then two new sump pumps one is a no power required backup, a pump to remove the washing machine water into the sewer line instead of the sump pump. The also wrapped the basement, crawlspace, installed a new crawlspace door. All in two days! The house is so much nicer and dryer. My AC does not run as often, the basement is dry. We used to get water after every rain storm. We have had several heavy downpours and not one single drop of water! I highly recommend them. Fair and honest people!"

"Along with new driveway they waterproofed my garage wall, that was leaking and installed diverters for the water from my roof. Would recommend them for any concrete work and waterproofing you would need done. ONLY REASON FOR 4.5 STAR IS THEY LEFT A LARGE STAIN IN THE ROAD IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE DUE TO HYDROLIC LEAK IN ONE OF THERE MACHINES. {POWER WASHER WILL NOT REMOVE IT}"
