Very good customer service. The specialist Robert completed the job and was very informative in explaining usage of the sprinkler system. He took the time showing me and setting up the watering time for the 4 zone in my yard. I will be contacting this Pro for any future project.

I have been using this company for several years. Bryan, the owner, is extremely responsive and capable. Marcelo came out today for irrigation repair, but as it turned out, it was simply a matter of us not having the control settings correctly set. He also adjusted sprinkler heads to cover the correct areas. Marcelo was very patient and polite and did not make me feel like an idiot for not having the systemâ  s timing controls correctly set. Great company!! Punctual, honest, fair pricing.

No show. Had a 9am appt. I was not informed of the procedure or process! Received a call from a technician to inform me they would be able to get to me until 11:30. Did not feel comfortable going forward! The owner informed me he was out of town. I had to do too much texting. Communication gets lost, and me and tech were not on the same page
