Scot said that I did not need the valve which saved me $250 right away. As for the clogged toilet pipe, Scot would not stop working on it until it was completely clear of any gunk in the pipe which I could verify by the camera he had in the drain pipe. Excellent job."

They worked with us on installing an interior french/foundation drain around half of our basement into an existing, outside sump pump and did not try to oversell us on adding a second sump pump (as other companies did). Their crew were all polite, efficient and hard workers and left the area clean and finished off in a professional manner. For years, every time there was sustained rain we would have water seeping into our basement. Since their installation, we have had sustained rain a number of times and the foundation drain has worked very well. No more water in the basement. I would highly recommend them."

Work consisted of waterproofing a 2100 sq ft basement, which involved digging a new frenchdrain style trench at the foot of the foundation along the uphill sides, installing two sump pumps and related pipe work to ensure the water would exit far from the foundation, and applied structural fiber and water proofing to reinforce the cinderblock walls. Concrete work performed to cover the frenchdrain trench is relatively smooth and even with the existing concrete floor. Combining their work with more efficient downspout management has resulted in a consistently dry basement! Keep in mind there is an annual fee associated with the warranty, which I would recommend. Additionally, the office staff are friendly and efficient. The previous owner had the work performed soon before selling us their home, and the warranty transfer was seamless and easy, a testament to the hard-working staff. "They arrived late as they were scheduled to be at the house between 8:30 - 9:00, they showed at about 9:30. I asked for a call about ten minutes before arrival so that I could take my dogs out for their business. They did call, but it was only about 5 minutes before they arrived and I had to scramble to put the dogs back in the house. The work was acceptable, however I will now have to try to cover up the gravel that was spread over the drainage hose so that it does not look so rough. The gravel will run down the hill and I will have to install a small landscaping border so that it does not happen. They installed a block wall around the a/c condenser, but it is not flush. It sticks out about 1" on the corner."

"All went smoothly. They did have to come back out and redo the way one pipe was going to another with a coupler as opposed to tape but there was no issue in doing this. One thing I will add is that people need to check with their termite company before doing an encapsulation. This voided our lifetime warranty. State building code (I called our county's office) is supposed to leave 4 inches down from the concrete blocks with encapsulation so they can do a termite inspection to supply a warranty. They did not do this and the termite company wanted this to code to supply a temite warranty. Sundry had to come back out to remove some of the encapsulation and charged us the cost of doing this. The workmanship was good on both the trenching for removing water under the house and the encpaulation. The encapsulation just wasn't to code which cost us an extra $3000."
