Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

They also painted an adjoining bedroom and closet and replaced the flooring in both spaces. Simon, who handled all of the bathroom renovation except for the flooring, painting and installing the glass for the shower, Eric who installed all of the flooring and Manny who did all of the painting were all a pleasure to work with. They all appeared on time, did their jobs well, were easy to communicate with and asked for our input as the work progressed and cleaned up the spaces they were working in at the end of the day. Maybe prices were in line for what they were proposing. We requested cabinet resurfacing, granite, backsplash and lighting. Their recommendation was for cabinet replacement. They did not do cabinet resurfacing."

"This is the second time that Raven has done work for me and I was very pleased with the overall quality of the work. The only ding which isn't a major one was that Raven replaced some rotten wood around the door area and the old wood was left on site and was not thrown away. Again, nothing major and it could have simply been a result of it being a long day. The overall work was still very impressive."
